BKS Comments:"I can speak from the perspective of working on the EM+ design evolution over the last several months. Radiant Plasma can be energized very dynamically, utilizing pulses of electrical voltage through the plasma tube. This approach differs from the RF carrier drive approach in several fundamental ways.
The resulting radiated signal from the resonant plasma on the EM+ system then differs in fundamental and significant ways, most notably in the absence of the high level RF component in the radiated signal.
Due to the severe RF burn potential if you should accidentally come in contact with an energized RF carrier design, and reported RF-induced headaches, 'sun burns', and other adverse neurological effects experienced by those in close proximity to the RF carrier based devices, the RF carrier based systems can only be used as a radiant signal induction system, with a recommended minimum safe distance between the operating device and the target of 6 feet or more.

Researchers working with Prostate Cancer patients / volunteers are now reporting seeing a reduction in PSA test scores from the 35-40 area, down to < 1 , in 5 to 6 weeks typically. (Other nutritional & herbal approaches are reportedly being used in conjunction with the direct contact radiant plasma resonant frequency induction approach.
Breast Tumor reported to have been reduced to less than 30% of it's original size in less than three weeks.

The EM+ systems are being used now by myself and several other researchers with the adjustable spark gap * completely bypassed *. Results are dramatic and rapid, while the 'brain fog' sensation experienced by some highly electro-sensitive individuals is minimized.
Certain frequencies are still associated with adverse neurological sensations by sensitive individuals, (including the 212 recently offered by Turf- my wife didn't like the 'feel' of that particular frequency at all! - while 432 Hz will build a substantial 'brain fog' for me while I'm simply in the area of a running system several feet away.)
Conversely, 528 Hz followed by 15 Hz leaves everyone who's tried it (& reported back) feeling a sense of 'serenity' or of reduced stress levels, in some cases for several days following usage. 528 alone is associated with "DNA Repair", but the sequence of 528 followed by 15 is what is reported to result in this enhanced 'mental clarity and balance'.
This is the other intriguing aspect of how these resonant radiant plasma systems seem to interface with the individual's bio-electrical systems of the body... (beyond the more obvious dynamic of disrupting / disabling certain specific pathogens) a more elusive aspect to describe and quantify. I'm not prepared to go into a further explanation at this time- in some aspects of this intriguing research, there are still more questions than answers... but I find that as the weeks go on, they are * new questions * :-) "

Other leading edge researchers are looking at scalar wave components, and trying to analyze how these interact with the multiple energetic / informational systems of the body. As Robert O. Becker and others have tried to point out, communication and electrical / energetic flows and fields associated with the physical body may be far more significant than the bio-chemical approach to manipulating your state of health...
I expect that it's best to keep an open mind and a wide viewpoint when

Let's acknowledge first that resonances induced into the body are known to be able to disrupt pathogens, if those resonances are induced *effectively*. The phenomena of resonances disrupting pathogens is known, observed, & reported, using many different devices.
There are several important differences from the Rife/Bare system's mode of operation, in the operation and usage of the EMEM2 based designs, and the particularly the newer EMEM2+ systems. While I don't pretend to have all of the answers, I'll try to point out some important items: further articles in the EMEM2+ book will expand further on some technical aspects.
When working with either the earlier design EMEM-2, or newer generation models of the EMEM2+, we have certain operational advantages / aspects to consider.
***EMEM2 based system operating mode: eliminates the possibility of exposure to the RF burn potential and RF induced headaches and other adverse neurological affects reported by individuals when working too close to the Rife/Bare system. Possible stress affects and RF hazzards associated with the 27MHz high power Linear Amplifier's modulated RF output signal, as used in the R/B systems, should be researched carefully. [Ralph Hartwell, an individual with extensive RF system design knowledge and experience, is (to my knowledge) the only R/B researcher presently advocating an RF shielded enclosure for use with the R/B system; his web site is listed in the WEB LINKS on the Alternate Health Approaches Forum Web Site.] I have come to believe that Robert O. Becker's cautions about RF field exposure levels, as laid out in his book, "Cross Currents", are very important considerations, especially for those with health challenges, and especially for those who are already experiencing chemical and food sensitivities.
*** EMEM2 systems pulse/ energize the plasma directly at the MOR frequencies, rather than with an RF carrier *modulated* with MOR frequencies. In other words, all energy driving the radiant plasma tube is high voltage, pulsed directly at the desired "Rife" frequencies. This is observed to induce resonances into the body directly at those primary frequencies. (The subject of higher harmonics with modulation which are also being simultaneously produced is another complete, complex subject which we won't go into at this point.)
*** With the EMEM2 based systems, you can typically wrap your hands around the radiant plasma tube on the EMEM2+ system to induce the primary resonant signal into the body, for a *very effective* induction. The power output level setting option being built into all of the EMEM2+ systems by December of 1998, allow setting the output to one of 7 output potential levels, so you can use the device at your personal 'comfort level', or in other words, with the output as powerful as you want to use.
*** EMEM2 designs have always offered the use of a ground plate to increase the effectiveness of the induced resonant signal; bare feet are used on a foot plate, or optionally it can be placed in contact with a specific area to concentrate the resonant signal effect on a target area. There has been some talk of this now also being used by some researchers with the R/B systems; I've supplied stainless steel ground plates to R/B researchers for this purpose.
*** Optionally, with the EMEM-2 based systems, some researchers are using an external contact pad that inductively picks up the signal from the radiant plasma tube (from either the tube wrap used on earlier systems, or from a removable inductive pickup as used with the EMEM2+ systems.) . This contact pad can then be applied to a particular location. With the advent and availability of the "External Plasma Tube Hand Pieces" designed by the collaborative efforts of Bruce Stenulson and Barry Allred in early 1999, and offered for use with the "Model 3" EMEM2+ and later systems, the metallic pad contacts (with their uncomfortable shock potential) are now understood to be limited in what they pick up and transfer, and therefore have become somewhat obsolete for these purposes.
*** The EMEM2+ systems, since the introduction of the Model 3 design enhancements, are now all designed for use with an extended plasma tube hand piece, of a spiral design (among others), which can be placed directly against a chosen target area. This can further enhance the effectiveness of the induced resonance in a particular area of the body (beyond what is being done with the metallic pad contact.) It's easier to understand why being able to place the radiant plasma tube directly against specific target areas of the body *will induce more of the aspects of the radiant plasma's signal into the target area*, when you realize that the electrical voltage potential at the surface of the radiant plasma tube (which is the part of the signal transferred to the metallic pad contact) is only one aspect (out of five) of the radiant plasma resonant signal.
*** The Spark gap as used in the EMEM2 systems is also known to be producing *multiple* RF carriers with the resonant frequency, audible as modulation on these carriers when picked up on nearby radio equipment. (I'm told that the power level radiated, however, is far less than that radiated from an operating R/B system. There does not seem to be an RF hazzard associated with short term exposures to this system. A person operating these systems for others in a therapeutic clinic environment, however, should be aware of the possible stress affects on the body of prolonged exposure to any and all EMF / RF / magnetic / electrical fields. Read Robert O. Becker's book "Cross Currents" for further insights into this subject. Electro-Sensitivity issues should be researched and understood , particularly by anyone with Environmental Illness / Chemical sensitivity/ Food Sensitivity issues.)
[ If, however, the spark gap is operated at wider settings, beyond about .005", the EMEM-2 circuitry as designed in the earlier systems is affected profoundly, and may become more of a "Chaos Generator" similar to a ‘Lahkovsky' type operation, rather than a system producing a controlled output frequency. Much has been observed as to the operation of the spark gaop in this system, which will be elaborated upon in a later article. This is why the *Adjustable Spark Gap* was implemented in the "Model 4" EMEM2+ designs, along with redesigning of the pulse generator circuitry. ]
*** With the EMEM2 based systems as well as the Rife/Bare systems, Plasma 'beam' or the *Photon Emission* aspect of the radiant output may comprise a significant component of the total *induced resonance* effect, in both contact and non-contact use. Many researchers report 'feeling' the operating system without being in contact with it- some quite profoundly when working with the experimental advanced "Plasma Containment Vessel" designs. This aspect, especially at higher plasma tube output potential (Power Level) settings, deserves further analysis. The editor feels the system running from several feet away, while some sensitive individuals report feeling the EMEM2+ running in the next room, at least 12 to 15 feet or further away.
*** Proximity to AC power supplies built into previous resonant frequency devices have been reported to possibly be producing electro-sensitivity effects in some sensitive individuals, as reported by individuals working with earlier design EMEM-2 systems. In an effort to eliminate 60Hz EMF very close to the user's head and body, I've decided that it may be very important to implement a design powered completely by an internally mounted Gel Cell battery. (The added importance of this battery's *Instantaneous Current Sourcing* capability is written up in another article.) A remotely located AC power supply for charging and supplemental power can also be easily used, plugged into a jack on the system, but can be located many feet away to minimize 60Hz EMF exposure. EMEM2+ systems since the "Model 3" were therefore designed to normally operate *away from the AC power grid*, or during power outages.

It's interesting to note, when considering this subject, that positive effects are reported from many individuals working with resonant frequency induction systems that do not employ RF as a primary carrier, ranging from the Hulda Clark Zapper, to pulsed magnetic devices, on to the non-RF driven radiant plasma devices. (Even the electric fence chance encounters, as well as the "near lightning strike" experiences resulting in an improvement in the health of certain individuals should be kept in mind in these considerations.
While the high power 27MHz carrier with modulation is known to have produced positive results according to many reports, it is certainly not the only method for inducing resonances into the body at an amplitude sufficient to disable bacteria, viruses, and parasites.
Since conditions such as cancer are not so much a result of an infestation by a specific organism, as they are a result of many cumulative factors, including exposures to parasites, and pollutants accumulated within the body from our living and working environments, as well as our food & beverages of choice, the reversal of such conditions is not as clear cut as, say, disrupting a cold virus when symptoms arise.
Robert O. Becker's cautions (in his book "Cross Currents") concerning the adverse affects of ongoing exposure to electro-pollution should not be dismissed when considering environmental factors which can contribute to an ongoing stress effect upon our state of health.
Knowing which specific frequencies will benefit a particular individual is still, to my mind, the underlying question... a methodology for determining this information, which may be used by anyone, seems one of the most elusive aspects of resonant frequency approaches to improving health. The [frequency] lists are a very useful reference, but only a suggested start.
The account reported to this list back around the first of this year comes to mind, of a researcher from 'down under' who was able to determine that his wife's deteriorating health involved two bacteria hosting three different viruses. To effectively deal with this situation, it was necessary to use first the specific frequency for one of the bacteria, which resulted in the two viruses it had been harboring becoming accessible over the next ~20 minutes. The two viruses were then sequentially treated with their specific frequencies to disrupt / disable them. Next, the second bacteria was disrupted with it's specific frequency, and the in turn the viruses which it had been harboring were accessible thereafter, and able to be treated with their resonant frequencies. The result of this more complex treatment approach is that his wife recovered her health after the doctors had given up, perplexed.
If this approach is all news to you, or you find yourself wanting to say,"but I just want to know the magic frequency to make *X* go away"... well, uh, sorry, welcome to the real world, where the situation may be more complex than we might have hoped. Organisms being harbored and protected within other organisms, or within cellular structures within the body which provide some protection, may demand very specific sequential usage of fairly accurate resonant frequencies, induced within the body at an adequate amplitude level to do more than just make them uncomfortable...
No, I don't have the techniques down to determine this type of information, so maybe employing the services of those who can produce this info is worth considering.... {please see the article on Pendulum Dowsing Techniques for one possible approach which some are able to use quite successfully.)
(Maybe, in not using the right frequencies in the proper sequences, we're sort'a 'Pushing on the PULL doors', then wondering why it's so hard to get in...)

I thought I'd pass along these comments, as several have been interested in the evolution of the EMEM2+ Radiant Plasma system. Thanks for your on-going support!

The main organism commonly associated with Lyme disease is:
Borellia burgdorferi; detected by Hulda Clark between 378.95KHz and 382KHz; she recommends using 380KHz on a high frequency adjustable device (such as the HFA-4) .
This 380KHz would traslate to using 742Hz on the EMEM2+; 740 to 746 Hz is the full range.
(Conversion from Hulda Clark's higher frequencies down to a frequency that can be run on the radiant plasma devices is done by dividing by 512; the result, when run, will also generate a higher harmonic on the original high H.C. Frequency.)
Curiously, this 742Hz is not included in the frequencies recommended for Lyme in either Dan Tracy's frequency list, or in Brian McInturff's Consolidated Frequency List... I just looked in the book on the EMEM2+ to check.
Dan Tracy lists 432Hz, 800Hz, and 4200Hz
Brian McInturff's Lyme listing includes the possibility of using any of about 25 different frequencies... they are included on his web site. 742Hz is not in his list of frequencies, either, however... (http://www.mindspring.com/~turf/alt/ is his Alternative Health web site.
Two other organisms are now also associated with Lyme cases, according to reports from other researchers: "Babesiosis" is named as one; Erlichia is the third. It's being said that it's all but impossible to get over Lyme disease without dealing with all of these organisms... treating only for the Borellia only may not get the job done.
The earlier EMEM-2 design, as designed by Dan Tracy, has been used by many with Lyme disease, reportedly giving relief over a long period of use. (No instant cure here, either! :-))
My EMEM2+ , "Model 4" that is now being made available to researchers, while originally developed starting from Dan's circuit as posted on the web last year, has incorporated many design, control, and circuitry enhancements to improve the control capabilities and increase the output capability in both the 'contact use' mode, and the radiant mode. It's good to see Dick Loyd now incorporating some of these enhancements into the machines he & his son are assembling. These many enhancements and design evolution elements are listed on my EMEM2+ information pages on this Alternate Health Approaches Forum web site.
The adjustable spark gap is now being used on all systems I'm producing for other researchers, which allows greater control of the nature of the output signal's composition- something which will be necessary in starting the Darkfield Microscope studies, soon to be done, of the responses of cultured organisms from a Lyme patient's blood, to the output from the EMEM2+. Specialized directional output plasma containment devices have been prototyped & produced, for use in these studies, which direct a major portion of the output signal in one direction.
Multiple aspects of the *Radiant* signal intensity are tested and shown to *INCREASE* as the power output level is set higher and higher on the EMEM2+ systems. (larger values for the 'Ballast Resistor' being used/ selected as the "Power Output Level" setting on the panel).
It concerns me that currently, misinformation is still being disseminated, relating to the Cheb Phanatron supposedly radiating more signal when the low end of the tube is directly grounded. This is simply not the case in a propperly operating system, based on my testing and that of other researchers, with several pieces of elaborate test equipment. It may simply be that the source of this mis-information simply does not have access to equipment and methods for adequately testing the fluctuations and variances of this complex multiple-aspect output signal, which is radiated from these radiant plasma systems. Other technical operational aspects / limitations in their test systems might also lead to such conclusions...
Far greater radiant signal strengths are being observed and reported by researchers working with several new, more effective plasma containment vessel configurations; comparative test results are being accumulated, and will be posted to the web site. Eventually, photos will be posted, and eventually, a VHS video tape of the test equipment in operation will be made, to further clarify technical issuse for those not experienced in operating RF spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, Field intensity meters, and plasma field energization indicators. Equipment and methodology for testing is available, although admittedly a bit pricey in some instances. It's certainly a far step beyond having someone say they can "feel something", without knowing if it's 60 Hz EMF from a nearby power transformer under heavy working load, as opposed to another aspect of the radiant plasma output signal. :-))
My present speculations:
If in fact Lyme sufferers are dealing with three (or more) different organisms simultaneously as reported, rather than just one, and precise frequencies have not yet been offered for two of the three, then the value of a radiant plasma system which produces a wide spectrum of higher radiated harmonics may be very useful in trying to disrupt these pathogens.
If the specific frequencies actually needed are not presently being used, or those recommended for use are not presently verified as being the optimum, then it becomes more obvious why Dan and Dick are now reportedly working with a wider spark gap, which, from my testing, is producing more of a broad spectrum "chaos signal" output, (similar to a Lahkovsky Multiwave Oscillator's operating/output mode), rather than the primary frequency that people are thinking they are setting on their system... Having the capability of generating everything from a well controled primary modulation, up to a full 'Chaos Signal' output, seems a valuable feature for use by many researchers, and is now an available feature on the "Model 4" EMEM2+ systems with the adjustable spark gap.

A book about bacteria published last year mentions that there are two other spirochete Borrelia species (in addition to Borrelia burgdorferi) that are now known to cause Lyme disease. They are
